Savannah Chrisley is breaking her podcast silence for the first time since her parents reported to federal prison.

Todd and Julie Chrisley reported to their respective prisons on January 17th.

The patriarch is at a federal prison in Florida, while his wife is located in Kentucky.

It’s been a “tough” few days and weeks for the rest of the Chrisley family, especially Savannah.

She recorded her January 31st episode of “Unlocked” on January 24th, exactly one week after her parents were locked up.

“Last week was the toughest week, I think, of my life and it’s been hard… it’s been hard to understand, to process and also help two kids help process what’s going on in our life,” she recalled.

“There’s been a lot of tears shed, a lot of anger, a lot of screaming, a lot of just completely being broken,” Savannah said.

Her younger brother Grayson Chrisley, whom she has custody over, had a “breakdown” once his parents were taken in.

Todd is serving a 12-year sentence with 16-months-probation, while Julie is set to serve seven-years in prison with 16-months-probation upon her release.
