Sarah Jessica Parker

Looks Somber Upon Return To Work After Willie Garson’s Death She's back filming for 'And Just Like That...'

SJP was spotted back on set on Monday, September 27 as she continues to film the 'Sex and the City' reboot, 'And Just Like That...'

The show must go on, but the star looked more somber than usual, after opening up about her co-star and friend Willie Garson's passing.

Garson played the role of Carrie Bradshaw's gay BFF, Stanford Blatch. He passed away on September 21.

He had been secretly battling pancreatic cancer and passed away at his Los Angeles home. He was 57-years-old.

He played Stanford’s character fabulously for all six seasons, and also reprised the role for the two spin-off movies, “Sex and the City,” and “Sex and the City 2.”

Parker initially held off from making a statement about Garson's death until she was ready but eventually issued one on social media.

"It's been unbearable. Sometimes silence is a statement. Of the gravity. The anguish. The magnitude of the loss of a 30 + year friendship."
