Samuel L. Jackson is one of the most popular actors of his generation.

Jackson hasn’t won an Oscar award before and was nominated only once.

He was nominated for his role as Jules Winnfield in the 1995 “Pulp Fiction.”

The award was won by Martin Landau for “Ed Wood.”

Jackson said he should have won an Oscar for “Pulp Fiction” and “Jungle Fever.”

Jackson said that most black actors were awarded based on their roles.

He said the Oscars should pay more attention to movies that bring a larger crowd.

Jackson will get an honorary Oscar from the Academy this year.

His next tv appearance is on a limited series called “The Last Days of Ptolemy Grey.”
