Lea Michele, aka. Rachel Berry from "Glee" will now play Fanny Brice in Broadway's "Funny Girl".

Michele is replacing Beanie Feldstein who is leaving the show citing creative differences, and while she is over the moon, Samantha Ware is calling her out.

Back in 2020, Samantha Ware had called out Michele for her "micro transgressions" on the set of "Glee", where Ware played Jane Hayward.

Michele had apologized but most found her apology selfish and not worded right.

Now, after Michele's casting, Ware is calling out Broadway on complicity, and matters are further complicated with Jane Lynch leaving the production earlier than expected.

Michele called it a dream come true, and fans are excited to see “Rachel Berry” as Fanny Brice.

Feldstein’s singing and performance were allegedly not received well and with ticket sales falling, producers were looking at Michele.

Meanwhile Samantha Ware took to social media to speak up against the casting, calling out Broadway, saying silence is complicity.

Social media users were divided over the statements, some feeling Michele deserved a second chance and others standing with Ware.
