Sam Asghari may be engaged to one of the most popular pop stars in the world.
His fiancée’s fame will not make him stray from his humble beginnings.
Sam proposed to Britney Spears in September 2021.
In a new interview with GQ, he opened up about life with the pop princess.
“I'm not a house husband, I’m a normal person. So I do a lot of shopping because sometimes I require specific things when it comes to diet,” he said.
He won’t shop at high-end grocery stores because he’s not willing to spend $200.00 on something he can buy for $60.00.
“I live off of lettuce and rice and coffee. That comes out to like $16 a day so I can take care of that myself,” he explained.
Britney has very expensive taste especially when it comes to traveling.
“We would cut down on the traveling and stay at a much cheaper hotel, and we would probably live off of $60 a day,” Sam admitted. “Because that’s what I can afford.”
