Rick Astley must have never thought he'd get famous, again, over a song he released in 1987, but here we are.

So much so that "rickrolled" is a new dictionary term and the latest victim of the same is singer Yung Gravy.

But Rick Astley is claiming that he got rickrolled by Gravy, and things have gotten serious.

Yung Gravy is being sued by Rick Astley himself, over the unlicensed use of his song, "Never Gonna Give You Up".

Gravy, whose real name is Matthew Raymond Hauri is an upcoming rapper.

He’s also best known as an MILF fan, and was involved with Addison Rae’s momma.

Apparently, for his song “Betty (Get Money)”, he licensed Rick Astley’s music, but not the lyrics.

Gravy’s song opens up to the first few lines of Astley’s “Never Gonna Give You Up”, sung by an impersonator.

Astley is hopping mad and suing Gravy for millions, putting the rapper in hot soup!
