Renée Zellweger recently shared her thoughts about turning 50 and slammed anti-aging products.

"Turning 50 felt like a whole new beginning," she said in an interview with The Sunday Times

"I've earned my power and voice," the actress added.

Zellweger argued that anti-aging products and ads devalued women.

The actress said that she prefers for her character and personality to speak for her rather than her looks.

"Let who you are and what you contribute at that age lead," she said.

Zellweger revealed she doesn't follow tabloid news or online buzz.

Zellweger last starred in Peacock's crime drama series "The Thing About Pam."

The actress played the role of Pam Hupp and also executive produced the series.
