Interestingly enough, Tarek El Moussa, who was married to Anstead's ex-wife Christina Haack, liked the post.
Anstead told PEOPLE their relationship "is something that's really private" earlier this month. However, the sweet selfie is far from private.
They first met when Zellweger was a guest on Anstead's show. They worked together to restore two vintage cars as a surprise gift for Renée's late publicist, Nanci Ryder's sons.
"He’s a creative guy with lots of interests," a source told PEOPLE, "and she likes to write and produce, so they have things to talk about when together.”
