Regina Hall recently spoke about how faith united her and her 2022 Oscars co-hosts, Amy Schumer and Wanda Sykes.

Before going up on stage, Schumer asked that they say a prayer together.

Hall recalled, "we held hands, and Wanda said the prayer. It was great feeling really united."

Hall noted that faith brought her and her co-hosts together despite their differences.

The single "Master" actress uses faith to guide her in relationships, as she does not use dating apps.

Hall praised her faith, saying, "I have many ex-boyfriends. If I had my wishes, I'd be six divorces later."

The 51-year-old received a word of advice from Whoopi Goldberg before the 2022 Oscars.

The four-time Academy Award winner encouraged the newbie to have fun and celebrate the nominees.

Hall teased her hosting gig with Schumer and Sykes as "three different kinds of pots being stirred."
