On November 24, G-Eazy updated Instagram about the passing of his mother, Suzanne Olmsted.

The rapper called Olmsted his everything, adding no hiding place from his hurt.

The 32-year-old credited his late mother for motivating him to treat his alcohol and drug addiction.

G-Eazy and brother James Gillum are grateful to Olmsted and full of love, despite their grief.

In September, the "Hustlers" actor was arrested for a brawl in an NYC nightclub.

G-Eazy punched an unidentified party-goer in the building and another 32-year-old man outside.

NYPD later arrested the rapper and charged him with two counts of assault.

G-Eazy's newest album, "These Things Happen Too," was released by RCA Records on September 24.

The album features collaborations with Demi Lovato, Lil Wayne, Kossiko, and YG.
