Priscilla Presley is adapting to her new normal following her daughter’s burial.
Lisa Marie Presley, the only child of Elvis Presley, was laid to rest last week at the family’s renowned estate, Graceland.
Over the past few days, friends, family and fans have flocked to Graceland in Memphis, TN. to pay homage and their respects to Lisa Marie and her family.
A public memorial service was held for LMP on Sunday, January 22nd.
Lisa Marie was buried next to her son, Benjamin Keough, in Graceland’s “Meditation Garden.”
During the memorial service, Priscilla spoke and read a eulogy written by Lisa Marie’s twin daughters.
Following the memorial, Priscilla hopped on Twitter to quickly thank everyone for their love and continued support throughout this difficult chapter.
On January 23rd she tweeted, “Thank you all for your condolences, you have touched me with your words.”
She admitted, “It has been a very difficult time but just knowing your love is out there makes a difference.”
