Prince Harry paid moving tribute to his late mother ahead of the 25th anniversary of her death.

At the Sentebale ISPS Handa Polo Cup event yesterday, he explained how he hoped to reflect on Diana's legacy.

He wished his children, Archie and Lilibet, could have gotten to know their grandmother before she died.

Harry said his mom will most certainly never be forgotten while stating that her favorite flower was the forget me not.

He promised to honor his mom by continuing her work.

He also reiterated the goal behind Sentebale, which was to "provide meaningful care and support for the children and young people whose lives have been affected" by HIV.

Harry has made several tributes to Princess Diana this year.

He paid tribute to his mom in a recent keynote address at the United Nations while commemorating Nelson Mandela in July.

Princess Diana died from the injuries she sustained in a ghastly motor crash in 1997.
