Oxford High School is trying to defend itself amidst ongoing lawsuits.

The school has been accused of being negligent of not protecting students.

The lawsuit alleges that school officials knew that Ethan Crumbley was dangerous.

Ethan Crumbley is facing 24 charges, including terrorism causing death.

The sophomore, 15, is the key suspect in a Nov. 30 shooting that killed 4 students.

Prosecutors have alleged that they found videos of animal torture on Ethan’s phone.

They believe he is behind a bird’s head that was left in a jar in a school bathroom.

There is also a severed deer head that was found on school grounds in early November.

The school says they investigated each incident and determined there was no threat to students.
