Cooke said she was surprised by people’s reactions to the foot scene.
She said she was knows her foot would be placed on various websites.
Cooke said Alicent had no choice but to go along with Larys’ requests.
She called the scene “demeaning” to her character, Alicent.

Clare Kilner, the director, said the scene was invasive and dirty.
Cooke recently shared that she believes Cersei Lannister and Alicent Hightower are very different.
