Jonas has partnered with the glucose monitoring system Dexcom to help diabetes patients track their numbers.

The 29-year-old's support system includes his siblings and wife. He advised others to lean on theirs.

Jonas said staying abreast, and open-minded allows patients to live their "happiest and healthiest life."

Chopra credited their management teams for helping their almost three-year union thrive long distance.
