Nick Cannon, who boasts of twelve children, was asked during CNN's "New Year's Eve Live" segment about his plans for the new year.

He noted that he clearly had no plans and was delighted about his growing family.

The star then stated that it was his choice to either have a vasectomy or not and nobody else's.

He disclosed that he did not make new year's resolutions but was just grateful for his health and excited for the new season.

Cannon advised new fathers to love adding that he always did so happily himself.

Despite initially not wanting to expand, he welcomed his twelfth child happily with Alyssa Scott in early December last year.

In the video the model posted, the proud dad could be seen staring in awe as she exited her mother's womb into his arms.

Akon declared that he stood solidly behind the star's speedy procreation ways, being a father-of-nine himself.

He stated that Cannon was not irresponsible despite popular opinion because he cared for his baby mamas and children without complaints from either side.
