Netflix edited a botched joke Chris Rock made about Will Smith during his comedy special.
Rock joked that he made fun of Jada Pinkett Smith because she told him not to attend the Oscars after they snubbed Will’s movie “Concussion.”
Instead of saying “Concussion” Rock mixed it up with Will’s new movie, “Emancipation.”
This blunder ruined the joke as it no longer made sense.
Rock apologized and corrected himself, but his apology was edited out in the final cut.
He also says the correct movie title in the final cut available on Netflix.
The comedy special reportedly “hurt” Will.
The actor wants Rock to let it go and move on.
According to reports Rock only made fun of Will so he could be able to close that chapter in his life.
