Ne-Yo claims estranged partner Crystal Smith made him lose deals worth $400k.

According to Radar Online, he cited in his lawsuit that Crystal's allegations that he cheated played a part in the loss of those deals.

The singer asked the court to gag Crystal from further making any negative comments about him in the media

Crystal filed for divorce from Ne-Yo last month.

Prior to filing for divorce, she released a scathing post on Instagram accusing the singer of cheating all through their marriage.

In response, Ne-Yo shared a tweet, asking fans for privacy while he deals with his family issues.

In the suit Crystal filed in court, she asked the court to grant her custody of their three kids, Shaffer Smith Jr., Roman Smith, and Isabella Smith.

She also requested child support and spousal support.
