The Gabby Petito and Brian Laundrie case continues to get more insane.

A new development in the case has just surfaced.

The domestic violence incident on August 12 in Moab, Utah has been looked into.

An outside investigator has found there were ‘mistakes’ made.

The independent investigation found “several unintentional mistakes” made by the responding officers.

One such mistake “stemmed from the fact that officers failed to cite Ms. Petito for domestic violence.”

According to the investigator, both officers involved should be placed on probation.

The investigation also uncovered that the statement from the original 911 caller was never obtained.

In the wake of her passing, the “Gabby Petito Foundation” was created by her parents.
