“Supernatural” actor Misha Collins is not actually bisexual.
However, fans might have seen headlines saying that he was.
On Monday night, Misha clarified that he misspoke at a fan convention in New Jersey over the weekend.
“I want to deeply apologize for misspeaking this weekend,” he tweeted.
He told the audience that he was “‘all three’ things: an introvert, an extrovert, and a bisexual.”
“My clumsy intention was to wave off actually discussing my sexuality,” he said.
He clarified that he is straight and that he is not actually bisexual.
He added, “the last thing I want to do is falsely co-opt the struggles of the LGBTQIA+ community.”
He concluded, “I’m trying to learn, trying to do better and I will keep listening.”
