Miley Cyrus Feels Parents’ Divorce Is ‘A Relief’

Billy Ray Cyrus and Tish Cyrus are calling it quits after 28 years together.

A source told HollywoodLife that the kids think it’s “a relief” that their parents are getting divorced.

The source said that they “have been expecting this for over a year now.”

Tish stated in the court papers that she and her husband haven’t lived together for at least two years now.
