Michelle Yeoh shared the reason behind Quentin Tarantino's decision not to cast her in "Kill Bill."

"Who would believe that Uma Thurman could kick your ass?" the actress recalled the film's director's response when she asked him about it.

In "Kill Bill," Uma Thurman starred as the lead actress.

Yeoh shared that Tarantino encouraged her to return to acting after having an accident on set.

"I must say, Quentin, he's persistent," Yeoh recalled the moment.

Yeoh believes "life is about moving forward."

"Failures make us stronger, and they make us understand the path," the actress added.

Yeoh has starred recently in films like "Crazy Rich Asians."

Tarantino shared in 2019 that "Kill Bill 3" was still a possibility.
