Michael Madsen is breaking his silence on his recent arrest.

His attorney, Perry Wander, gave The Blast the scoop!

His attorney said that “Michael had an agreement to vacate the home he was renting on the beach.”

However, he needed an extra week to pack up and leave due to his son’s funeral.

His son, Hudson, passed away of what is believed to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.

His attorney claims, “the landlord refused to extend the courtesy of an additional week to move so Michael could bury his son.”

Wander says that the landlord “wrongfully and unlawfully” had him arrested when he tried to retrieve his property.

Wander also alleges that the landlord tried to “extort money” from Michael.

He said that “Michael refused to pay the landlords’ ransom.”
