Michael Jackson passed away exactly 13 years ago on June 25, 2022.

One day before, his estate filed a lawsuit to try to retrieve stolen property.

Apparently, Jeffre Phillips was engaged to one of Michael’s siblings.

The court documents don’t say who he was engaged to.

He allegedly stayed at Jackson’s Carolwood House for nine days after the singer passed away.

He allegedly stole clothes, phones, prescription bottles, and even MJ’s driver’s license.

The most shocking allegation is that Phillips stole the pajamas that MJ was wearing when he died.

They also allege that Phillips stole the resuscitator tube used to try to save his life.

The estate claims they didn’t learn about the theft until December 2021, when they were tipped off by an auctioneer.
