Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly grace the cover of GQ Style’s “Autumn/Winter 2021” issue.

The couple open up about their personal struggles as well as relationship struggles in the new joint interview.

Fox revealed she’s not always as confident as she looks.

Her lack of confidence stems from deep-seated insecurities and body dysmorphia.

"We may look at somebody and think, 'That person's so beautiful. Their life must be so easy,'" she told GQ Style's autumn/winter 2021 issue. "They most likely don't feel that way about themselves."

The interviewer then asked Fox if this is how she feels about herself. "Yeah, I have body dysmorphia," she admitted. "I have a lot of deep insecurities."

Early on in her career, Fox was scrutinized and mistreated by the media, which led her to take a hiatus from acting to get in touch with her spirituality.

"I've done everything you can do to try to make sense of that. Because it's easy when you go through something like that to feel like a victim, obviously. That's your first instinct and response, but that doesn't serve you and that makes life miserable, living life as a victim.”

“I did a lot of work to remove that feeling of being a victim and to realize that it was a lesson," Fox shared. "So, there was purpose in it and I didn't have to suffer any more.”
