Matthew Perry has released his new memoir, Friends, Lovers, and the Big Terrible Thing.

The memoir explores how Perry’s life changed after he hit fame with his role as Chandler on the “Friends” sitcom.

In his memoir, Perry wrote that he knew the series would be successful from his first read of the script during auditions.

He shared that the cast had a very successful first table read, during which they all smelled the incoming money and fame.

He recalled that the summer before the show premiered, he went to Vegas, Mexico, and had a whirlwind romance with Gwyneth Paltrow.

Perry said he met Paltrow in Williamstown, Massachusetts, and they made out in the cupboard at a random big party.

Perry also revealed that he had crushes on his co-stars in his memoir, including Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow, and Courteney Cox.

The actor explained that the crushes made his work experience on the show more difficult because he had to pretend.

He particularly detailed his crush on Aniston, whom he once asked out with no success.
