Matthew McConaughey is speaking out about the mass shooting that happened on Tuesday.

An 18-year-old gunman walked into Robb Elementary School.

As of this writing, 19 students and 2 adults have been killed.

Many are still in critical condition and it is possible the death toll will rise.

Uvalde, Texas, where the shooting happened, is Matthew’s home town.

“This is an epidemic we can control,” he continued.
