The Johnny Depp-Amber Heard court battle is getting murkier by the day, and now a makeup brand has stepped into the fray.

Milani Cosmetics took to TikTok to tell all that a certain statement made by Amber Heard's lawyer, is in fact, fake.

Currently, the trial is on for Depp Vs. Heard, with the Pirates of the Caribbean star suing his ex-wife for damages to the tune of $50 million.

Heard had written an op-ed piece in 2018 about how abused women were treated by law and while she did not mention Depp, the inference was clear.

The media picked up the story and called Depp a wife-beater, something he claims has led to the movie industry canceling him.

During the trial, last week, Heard’s lawyers presented a Milani Conceal + Perfect All-in-One Correcting Kit in court as evidence.

Heard’s attorney claimed that she became adept at using this kit to hide the bruises on her face and body, inflicted on her by Depp.

Milani Cosmetics took to TikTok to clear the air, outing the evidence as fault considering this kit was launched in 2017.

The alleged abuse, meanwhile, took place from 2014 to 2016 so the brand insists, that this was certainly not the kit she used to hide any abuse.
