Louis Tomlinson has opened up about his journey as a solo artist.
The 30-year-old singer is pursuing a solo career following One Direction's decision to go on an extended break in 2016.
He recently admitted that working alone comes with a different kind of pressure than being in a group.
Tomlinson said that while his personal losses as a solo felt more painful, his individual wins were more rewarding.
He said, "the lows are lower on your own.... That also means the highs are higher."
He also talked about the difficulties of fatherhood and how social media has affected his life.
The singer is set to release his second studio album, "Faith In The Future," on November 11.
He wrote on Instagram, "After living with this album for a while, I can't wait for you all to hear it."
Ahead of the project's debut, he released two tracks, "Bigger Than Me" and "Out Of My System."
