Dwayne Johnson trains hard, so he makes sure he’s fueling his body in the right way.

On Sunday, The Rock started off with a pre workout power breakfast.

He was training his legs that day, so he wanted to make sure he got some good carbs in.

He ate grilled bison, an omelet, brown rice cereal topped with blueberries, and English muffins with peanut butter and honey.

Johnson washed it down with his own energy drink brand called Zoa Energy.

After his leg workout, he had another enormous meal – a cheat meal.

He ate a dozen eggs (2 whole eggs + 10 egg whites) and crispy turkey bacon.

He also downed it with homemade biscuits drizzled with honey.

Johnson likes to schedule leg days on cheat days so he can load up with glycogen and push more volume into his muscles!
