Danny Masterson's courtroom drama has ended in a mistrial as the Los Angeles jury failed to agree on a verdict against the rape charges filed against the actor.

Once the star of “That 70s Show”, Masterson fell from grace after three women accused him of sexual misconduct in the 2000s.

However, the rape trial, which included testimony from three victims ended in a hung jury.

The jury could not reach a verdict in time, and the judge was forced to declare a mistrial.

The DA’s office is already planning its next moves and filing a retrial while Masterson’s attorney has reason to celebrate, for now.

Leah Remini has also issued a statement, given that she is continuing to speak out against Scientology.

Masterson himself is a member of the Church of Scientology as were his alleged victims, and many have accused the Church of blaming the victims.

Remini called out the Head of the Church of Scientology, David Miscavige, and promised to continue fighting.

Fan and social media users have applauded Remini for taking a strong stand.
