Actress Lea Michele recently posted a throwback photo as a tribute to her former boyfriend, Cory Monteith, who died from drug overdose.

The image appeared to have been taken on the set of "Glee," the hit series that starred the duo.

Monteith was dressed in an all black suit, white shirt and stripped tie while Michele wore a light blue gown.

Prior to his death in 2013, Michele gushed about her relationship with Monteith in an interview with MarieClaire.

“No one knows me better than Cory,” the "Scream Queens" alum told the publication.

After his death, Michele confessed to only having happy memories of Monteith regardless of the manner of his demise.

“I only have happy memories of Cory. He was not his addiction – unfortunately, it won,” she said at the time.

Michele recently revealed she will star in the Broadway revival of "Funny Girl" as Fanny Price.

The singer got married to Zandy Reich in 2019, and welcomed a son, Ever Leo, the following year.
