Last night’s episode of “The Masked Singer” proved to be a shocking elimination because none of the judges even came close to guessing it right.

After the Baby was selected for elimination, the judging panel guessed an eclectic mix of Chuck Norris, Bruce Willis, James Corden, and celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay.

However, fans and judges alike were shocked when host Nick Cannon unmasked Baby to reveal Larry the Cable Guy.

Larry the Cable Guy’s real name is Daniel Lawrence Whitney. He is a 58-year-old comedian, actor, and producer.

His best known roles include working with the Blue Collar Comedy Troupe and voicing Mater in the “Cars” franchise. He is also known for his signature catchphrase, “Git-R-Done!”

He selected the Baby costume because he could not walk and the costume had limited mobility. Therefore, he would not have to perform any complex choreography.

In an interview after his unmasking, he admitted that he was slowing down in his career and so it was impressive that the show was able to get him out of his house for 9-10 days. He says “it just shows how much fun the show is.”

Fans left overwhelmingly positive comments on The Masked Singer’s Instagram page praising the comedian’s singing talent.

One fan wrote, “Absolutely loved seeing Larry the Cable Guy as Baby on Masked Singer, he is still so funny and entertaining.”
