Lala Kent Is Happy & 'Free' After Randall Emmett Split

Four months after breaking up with Randall Emmett, Lala Kent says she feels “happy again.”

Earlier this week, the “Vanderpump Rules” star did a Q&A with fans on Instagram.

Lala explained how she is staying strong after the breakup.

“Obviously I get a lot of strength from my daughter but beyond that, I think strength comes with knowing your worth,” she told fans.

The couple got engaged in 2018 and planned a wedding for 2020, but the coronavirus pandemic put a stop to that.

They broke up in October, 2021 when reports of Emmett’s infidelity began circulating after a wild weekend in Nashville, TN.

She explained, “The moment I saw who that person really was, and the mask had finally fallen, I knew I was better off and he never deserved me.”

Lala added, “Even though there are moments I go 'what the f**k,' I find strength in the fact that I am happy again. I recognize myself in the mirror again."
