Kyle Rittenhouse may be a free man, but that doesn’t mean he is being welcomed with open arms by everyone.

On Friday, November 19, a hand-picked jury found the teenager not guilty.

The NOT GUILTY verdict came after a two-week trial and 26 hours of jury deliberation.

Now, students at Arizona State University are petitioning to have him kicked out.

Groups of students at ASU are demanding that he be banished from the school for being a “racist murderer.”

Rittenhouse is reportedly enrolled as a “non-degree seeking student” online despite saying he wants to become a nurse during the trial.

On Wednesday (Dec. 1), “Students for Socialism ASU” will “rally against racist murderer Kyle Rittenhouse being permitted on our campus,” the group wrote in a tweet.

“Even with a not-guilty verdict from a flawed ‘justice’ system – Kyle Rittenhouse is still guilty to his victims and the families of those victims,” the account wrote in a statement.

An ASU spokesperson confirmed Rittenhouse has not gone through the ASU admissions process, and "university records show that he is not currently enrolled in any classes at ASU."
