The Kim Potter trial was paused after Potter could not stop crying on the stand.
Potter became extremely emotional when describing the shooting of Daunte Wright.
Her attorney asked for a pause and the judge announced they were breaking for lunch.
Potter was tight-lipped during the beginning of her cross-examination.
She testified that she was not sure what kind of cartridges her taser used.
She started working at the police department in 1995.
However, tasers were not introduced until 2002.
She described her use-of-force training as “slow and meticulous and controlled.”
She has testified that she has never before deployed a taser during her 26-year history as a patrol officer.
