Last month, news broke that Khloe and Tristan were expecting their second child together.

The couple broke up in at the tail end of last year when it became known that the NBA star fathered a child with a woman who was not Khloe.

In July a representative for Khloe did confirm the news in a statement that read, “We can confirm True will have a sibling who was conceived in November.”

The baby was conceived before Tristan’s paternity scandal broke.
