Kaley Cuoco Asks Court To DENY Spousal Support  To Husband,  Karl Cook

She is not messing around when it comes to her money.

According to documents obtained by The Blast, she is asking the court to deny spousal support to either of the parties due to their prenup.

Cuoco and Cook announced their split with a joint statement on Sept. 3, and she officially filed later that day. Interestingly enough, the docs list their date of separation as “TBD.”

They said, "there is no anger or animosity" between them, but it's also worth noting that Karl is super rich in his own right, and his dad, Scott David Cook is a billionaire.

We are sure Kaley makes a damn good living as one of the top paid actresses, but we don't think Karl will be upset if the court upholds their prenup.

A source close to the actress told PEOPLE she is "doing fine," and the former couple "haven't spent that much time together recently."

“She has a big career and puts that first in her life. It’s basically a growing apart and each pursuing separate interests,” the insider told the outlet.

Cuoco is currently filming “Meet Cute,” in which she stars alongside Pete Davidson. In addition to that film, production on season 2 of “The Flight Attendant” has started up.
