The JLo-Shakira 2020 Super Bowl Halftime performance went down in history as being one of the coolest shows that shocked and elated fans.

That said; JLo herself is not such a big fan, and she lets her disapproval show in the new Netflix documentary, "Halftime" which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival.

She's not happy about sharing the stage with Shakira but it's actually not for the reasons you think might be obvious, but everything got to do with creative stifling.

Also, while some fans appreciated the show, parents were not very happy with JLo being so scantily clad, and dancing on a pole and found it inappropriate for kids.

In the Netflix documentary, "Halftime", there's a scene where she's planning half of the performance with her music director Kim Burse.

In the documentary, JLo is heard calling it "the worst idea in the world" to have two people share the headlining spot of the halftime show.

The problem did not lie with her fellow Latina co-performer, Shakira, but with the time allotted to them.

With Shakira and JLo sharing the stage, they were given a total time of 12 minutes to perform all together and were told that it may increase by a minute or two.

Ultimately, the 2020 Super Bowl Halftime Show ran for about 14 minutes total, giving Lopez and Shakira about seven minutes each which JLo felt was not enough.
