Shows Off Drastically Different Look With '70s Curls And Plunging Disco Dress At 'The Eyes of Tammy Faye' Premiere
The redheaded actress, known for her stick-straight hair, threw a curling iron into the mix as stunned on the red carpet of 'The Eyes of Tammy Faye' in NYC.
Chastain looked gorgeous in a disco-themed silver dress and accessorized with large hoop earrings. Her face was perfectly beat and featured peach lipstick.
Her look was reminiscent of the '70s, the appropriate time period for the film, which is slated to be released on September 17.
The project covers the rise and fall of famed evangelist Tammy Faye Bakker, and Jessica seems really proud of the project.
However, Bakker was known for wearing copious amounts of makeup, and Chastain said that she may have suffered skin damage because of all the time in character.
"It’s heavy. And when you’re wearing it all day every day — the weight of it on your body, it stretches your skin out," she told the LA Times.

"I finally took it off and I was like, ‘I look 50 years old!’" the 44-year-old actress said earlier this month.
The Golden Globe winner said that the makeup presented a unique and interesting challenge that required all her skill.
“You have to reach through the makeup,” the award-winning actress said. “You can’t let the makeup be the performance.”
