Reality star, Jen Shah has asked for a reduced sentence of 3 years.

Shah was accused of being part of a fraudulent scheme that targeted senior citizens.

She initially pleaded "not guilty" but changed it to "guilty" in July.

If convicted, she faces a sentence of 11 to 14 years in prison.

Her legal team stated several reasons why Shah deserves a reduced sentence of 3 years, pointing out that she doesn't have any criminal history.

The reality star wrote a letter to the judge explaining how she got involved in the scam.

She is required to forfeit some luxurious possession of hers.

Shah turned down Bravo’s “RHOSLC” reunion invite.

She revealed she couldn't divulge much on the show because the case was an ongoing investigation hence her decision.
