Jennifer and James Crumbley were finally arraigned on Saturday morning.

The couple had fled town and withdrawn $4,000 dollars from an ATM.

After their car was located, they fled on foot and hid in a nearby commercial building.

They were later arrested and taken to Oakland County Jail.

The couple is being held on a $500,000 bond each.

If they do post bond, they must submit to GPS monitoring.

Their attorney claimed that they were planning on turning themselves in.

Detroit Police argued that “hiding in a warehouse” is not “indicative of turning themselves in.”

Each parent pled not guilty to four counts of nonvoluntary manslaughter.
