Jada Pinkett Smith still has hope that Will Smith and Chris Rock will make amends.

On Wednesday, Jada hosted a Red Table Talk centered around alopecia.

Before the talk, Jada revealed that Smith and Rock have yet to repair their friendship.

Jada said she hopes “these two intelligent, capable men have an opportunity to heal, talk this out, and reconcile.”

She said that “thousands” of people have shared their own stories about alopecia since the Oscars slap.

One person that came on the show was the mother of a 12-year-old girl named Rio.

Rio took her own life due to bullying she received from her hair loss condition.

Her mother told Jada that her daughter died almost two weeks before the Oscars incident.

Jada said, “People don’t understand what alopecia is, and they don’t understand the effects of it.”
