Jacqueline Avant, 81, was fatally shot in the back during a home invasion on December 1, 2021.

The killer, Aariel Maynor, 30, pled guilty to five counts.

On Tuesday, a judge sentenced him to three life sentences.

He will face at least 150 years in prison for the fatal home invasion.

According to a sentencing memorandum filed by prosecutors, Maynor was bragging about her killing.

He reportedly bragged to a female friend that he was “all over the news.”

He reportedly told another friend that he’d be out of jail in 20-25 years.

The two-time convict had been convicted of robberies in 2013 and 2018.

Avant was the wife of Clarence Avant, who is known as the Godfather of Black Music.
