In October 2021, Khloe revealed that she’s on a low-carb diet.

She still eats a lot of vegetables and salads.

She also likes to pack on the protein, including chicken and eggs.

She says that she always has jam and almond butter when she wakes up in the morning.

Then she has eggs and oatmeal after her workout to fuel her growing muscles.

Before lunch, she tends to have a piece of fruit.

After lunch, she’ll snack on almonds and vegetables in the late afternoon.
