Hilaria Baldwin is in the final trimester of her latest pregnancy.

She revealed that she and actor Alec Baldwin are expecting another daughter this fall.

On Wednesday, she posted a video demonstrating how to do some leg exercises.

She said that she gets a lot of “restless leg,” especially when she’s pregnant.

The first one is a calf stretch that she does against the wall with her leg behind her.

The second one is to target the hip flexor, which helps the back and quads.

She also uses a lacrosse ball under her outer glute to help with nerve tension.

The last stretch she performed targets the hips, back, and hamstrings.

She reminded her followers to perform the stretches on both legs.
