The husband of late cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, Matthew Hutchins, is lawyering up.

Halyna tragically lost her life on the set of “Rust” after Alec Baldwin fired a prop gun that contained a bullet that struck her.

Amid investigations into the freak incident, Matthew has sought the services of a law firm in Los Angeles.

The law firm, Panish | Shea | Boyle | Ravipudi specializes in personal injury, wrongful death litigation and business litigation.

Matthew plans to file a wrongful death lawsuit with him and their 9-year-old son Andros has plaintiffs.

However, the defendants haven’t been named but it is confirmed there would be multiple defendants.

Matthew’s recent legal moves comes amid reports of an investigation into the possibility that a disgruntled employee planted the live bullet.

“Rust” Armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed’s attorneys believe someone intentionally sabotaged the film set.

No particular employee has been named as the suspect.
