A Georgia man has reportedly confessed to killing his grandmother.

According to police, Robert Keith Tincher III, 29, lived in Rome, Georgia, with his grandmother.

They say that his grandmother, 82, suffered a fall in December 2021.

However, Tincher had a warrant out for his arrest for trying to hire a hitman to kill his wife in 2018.

He indicted but failed to show up for court, leading a warrant out for his arrest.

Due to the warrant, he was afraid to call for emergency services, according to police.

Instead, police say he wrapped his grandmother in plastic bags and stuffed her into a family freezer.

Tincher said that he heard his grandmother’s back breaking as he stuffed her in the freezer and left her to die.

Tincher has been charged with murder, aggravated battery, and concealing her death.
