Gabby Petito’s mother recently filed a new lawsuit against Brian Laundrie’s family.

A new wrongful death lawsuit was filed in Florida against the curator of the estate of deceased Brian Laundrie.

It states that Brian intentionally killed Gabby.

“It is believed that on August 27, 2021, Brian Laundrie murdered Gabrielle Petito,” the lawsuit claims.

The cause of Gabby’s death was blunt force injuries to the head and neck with manual strangulation.
