Gabby Petito has been laid to rest, but the hunt for her ex-fiancé continues.

Brian Laundrie remains at large and law enforcement officials enter their third week of searching for the person of interest.

Brian Laundrie was officially reported missing by his parents on September 17, and not a trace of him has been found since.

Gabby Petito’s body was discovered on Sunday, September 19 after her parents reported her missing on September 11. She was confirmed dead by homicide on September 21.

Brian Laundrie remains the only person of interest in her death, and her family is pleading with him to turn himself in.

Gabby’s step-mom, Tara Petito, said, “If you truly loved her, you should turn yourself in.” Her step-father added, “You're only making it worse. For us and for yourself and your family. Let us have some closure. Let us move on and be able to remember Gabby for all the wonderful memories had with her. Turn yourself in.”

Gabby’s father, Joe Petito, called Brian and his family “cowards,” for continuing to hide and not reveal any information that could lead to finding Brian.

“He’s a coward, flat out. I would use other words, but I can’t use them on your show. He’s a coward,” Joe Petito said. “Anyone that live in that house [the Laundrie house] is a coward and they don’t know how to stand up for their actions.”

Brian is still missing in action and Dog the Bounty Hunter has officially joined the search for him.
